Even Experts Don't Get It

While the experts marvel over $3000 one bedrooms in this steamy apple, I was showing two in the village... but at $3200 an $3500. Neither had a doorman. And it's not just the village. A few brokers from my company and I, just finsished pricing a building on E. 63rd, with the same results. The building managers asked us to go in and take a look, and recommend prices. We do.
